District 10 Tournament Ticketing: POSTSEASON TICKETS for District 10 Playoff games and events.
Sports Physicals: We will have physicals here at the Union City High School on November 8th for any Winter or Spring Sport Athlete that did not participate in a fall sport. The cost will be $10 and all online paperwork must be completed prior to receiving a physical.
Winter Sport Athletes must have a physical completed and submitted before the First Mandatory Practice.
-JH Boys Basketball and JH Cheerleading beginning November 13th.
– JH Wrestling, JV and Varsity Wrestling, JV and Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball, Varsity Swimming, and Wrestling/ Basketball Cheerleading Beginning November 17th.

Directions for completing the Physical packet on a computer or a phone are below.
If your student athlete played a fall sport you only need to complete the PIAA section 7 form which is a recertification form to say the emergency information forms you completed in the fall have remained the same and there have been no changes. The form will be live starting October 24th thru November 30th. This form is online through the same account you made in the fall at: ucsd2.atsusers.com

If your student athlete has not played a sport this school year and would like to play a winter sport please read through the directions and have your child’s Doctor complete a PIAA section 6 form linked below. PIAA rules state that a student athlete must have an updated physical no earlier than June 1st, 2023. If your student athlete has already received a physical prior to this date unfortunately you will need to get an updated physical. If they have had a physical after this date this form can be taken to the doctor’s office and they will fill it out for you and return it.
