Welcome to the Union City Area School District!         

Our district strives to be the best we can be in all aspects of our students’ educational experience. Our students benefit from an outstanding curriculum, 1-to-1 technology, many extracurricular activities, and a devoted school board, administration team, faculty, staff, and community. 

Union City Area School District is located in beautiful Northwest Pennsylvania. It is a historic small town that has a passionate community and alumni base. We have one elementary school (grades K4-5), a middle school (grades 6-8), and a high school (grades 9-12). All three are located on the same scenic campus, and our middle and high schools are located in the same building. Our enrollment is a little over one thousand students. We have favorable class sizes and support our students with over eighty faculty members, fifty-plus staff/aides, four guidance counselors, three building principals, a curriculum director/federal programs supervisor, a supervisor of special education/student services, and a school psychologist.  

We are proud of our tradition here at UC….. Once a Bear, always a Bear! Our Schools are the center of our community, and host many events. We invite you to come see the gem that Union City is, and all the great things we have to offer.
